Chef Michael Park is a classically trained chef, raised in California, with over 20 years of experience in fine dining, hotels, catering, and personal chef services. His diverse background has refined his ability to craft exceptional, personalized dining experiences for every occasion

Bespoke tasting menu created for each occasion, starting from
5 courses alongside 2 signature aperitif and digestive cocktails at the comfort of each client's home.

Culinary Classes
Dynamic cooking class followed by a dining experience. Rotating classes are open with various attendees or can be booked for private party. Each cooking class consist of Chef demonstrations, fine dining plating exercise, interactive cooking lessons, and menu tasting.

Our Story
Founded in 2004, Nabi was born from a desire to offer more than just catering. It was created to deliver intimate, personalized dining experiences that transformed every special occasion into something extraordinary. From the very beginning, our focus was not just on serving food, but on crafting a story—an interactive experience that brought people together and left a lasting impression.
As my culinary journey progressed, my focus shifted to fine dining, where I sought to recreate the "chef's table" experience in the comfort of clients' homes. The goal was simple: to bring the dynamic energy and personal touch of a restaurant setting to private, in-home dinners, filling the void often left in formal dining environments. I wanted every meal to be more than just food—it was about creating an evolving culinary journey that delighted the senses and connected people through the power of shared meals.
Life led me to step back from the restaurant industry to raise my family, which also opened new doors in the world of higher education. During this time, I remained connected to my passion by offering catering services to former clients and referrals on a smaller scale. Though I wasn’t working in restaurants full-time, my love for food and cooking never wavered.
Now, my passion for cooking and entertaining has come full circle. I’m thrilled to be back doing what I truly love—bringing people together through great food, thoughtful storytelling, and the joy of shared meals.
